And it was on a monday morning, Okikibwas brought out of the cell around eight o'clock  in the morning. He was handcuffed and led into the prison van(Black Maria)tears rolled down okiki's face as he marched into the van. He was suffering from a crime he knows nothing about. He was treated like an animal by the police but he knew within himself that they were following the order of Jessica's father. Jessica's father was a Councillor in the state, so he used that influence to make sure he was dealth with. He threatened him and even said he will live to witness the day he will be hanged. Professor Abang and many of Okiki's school lecturers have met to plead with him but he was still adamant, he said their pleading won't bring back his daughter to the world.whoever kills with a sword shall also be killed with it. Okikis lawyer gave him little hope of success because all the evidences showed that he was guilty of the crime,but he promised to try his best as he tapped okiki on the back before he left that night...

The  lawyer arrived at the court and okiki was led to the court room. They waited for about two hours because a case was going on. Okiki's case was called on and he  was brought before the court. Barrister Mike and Jessica father's lawyer both introduced themself and they proceeded. After  lot of arguements by the two professionals, the judge decided to question Okiki instead. Two books were brought before him (Holy Bible and Holy Koran) and he swore with the Bible to say the truth and nothing but the truth.

"My name is  Damilare OKIKI, a final year physics student ,i didnt touch  jessica, i only rendered an assistance. i was on my way home one night when a heavy rain started. i met her on my way and she called and requested to be in my company because she was scared, the rain got heavier and i finally reached my own house. i bade her goodnight but it seemed her house is still far away,she was scared of being raped on her way back home alone and she begged to sleep over in my own house. i was not comfortable with the idea but i had to help her out, she is a girl and anything can happen to her at that hour of the night so i granted her request and she came to my small and unfurnished room. we gisted normal for a while before i spread my mat on the floor for us to sleep. i woke up in the morning and found out that she was dead,i was surprised to see her dead body, This is the absolute truth my lord, i am innocent". Okiki pleaded with tears rolling down his eyes.

The judge shook his head, then he coughed and proceeded, he knew in his heart and  he believed Okiki, he knew the boy was innocent of the crime but he have to follow the right procedures.

He requested to see two or three people who knew Okiki very well and professor abang and two other lecturers came out to testify that he is a good and intelligent boy. "He has never commited a crime before and he is the only first class student the department has which showed that he is not a crimal" Professor Abang said.

The jugde shook his head again and requested to see some doctors.wo qualified doctors were immediately sent for and within ten minutes they appeared at the court. The jugde told them to carry out an autopsy(a critical examination on a dead body in order to discover the cause of death)on jessica's  body. Her corpse  is still at the mortuary and the doctors bowed before they left. The judge adjourned the trial of Okiki till the next month.  "The outcome of the autopsy will determine whether he was the real murderer or not" said the Judge. I rise, court!!!

Okiki was taken back into the cell, the rest of the inmate asked him about his trial and he told them all that happened. They prayed that God will not leave or forsake him,he smiled and thanked them.

Okiki woke up in the middle of the night and observed a lot of prayer, he never wanted to end his life that way. Okiki has always dreamt of becoming a great person and helping others. He wanted to impact a lot of positive things on people. He prayed daily.

After some weeks, the autopsy was done and the doctors were waiting patiently to present it to the court. The day of the hearing came again and Okiki was brought to the court. The judge proceeded, "where are the doctors"?he asked. The doctors came forward and the judge asked them to give him the result of the autopsy. Okiki's heart beat faster than normal as the judge opened to read out the result.

So his neighbours came to see what happened, they confirmed the death of Jessica and within little time they have called for the police. Okiki was crying trying to tell them that he was innocent but none of them listened to him, in fact a man slapped him and told him to keep quiet, he sat down on the floor holding and pleading with the body of Jessica to please wake up but she remained still, she has gone cold and her body was heavy which obviously means she has given up, he blamed himself for helping her, no one believed his story , some even called him ”Ashawo boy”,”so as u dey do like person wey no fit chop common swallow, na ashawo u dey sneak enter ur room for night abi”?one ibo man said,”na only hep i hep am,i no sabi her”he replied with tears, shut up or i will order people to set you ablaze, Oga chuks said angrily as he bent down to confirm that she was truly dead, Oga chuks is the land lord of the house,he is a no nonsense man with a tobacco tooth, he shook his head to also confirm that the girl was dead..
The arrival of the police was immediately known, they could hear the sound of the siren outside and the policemen forced their way into the compound, a lot of people had gathered outside to witness the strange scene, the policemen had to spray some Gas into the air before people allowed them inside, they saw the dead body and ordered people to move away, they arrested Okiki, handcuffed him and also took the dead body with them, people were still outside the house and they all cursed Okiki, some even threw plastics and other things at him calling him(a ritualist,Ashawo)the policemen then shot their gun into the air before people could allow them into the van, Okiki was crying with his head bowed down, they pushed him into the van and drove off speedily with more gun shots..Jessica’s body was kept in the mortuary for investigation purpose, her parent were contacted through the phone they saw inside of her pocket and they informed them about the incident, they rushed to the police station immediately to confirm if what they heard was true, and to their utmost surprise it was, her mother fell on the floor and mourned the death of her only daughter, her father requested to see the murderer and the D.p.o was quick to correct him that okiki was only a suspect until proven guilty by the court of law, Jessica’s father sniffed, the D.p.o told one of his boys to bring okiki and within some minute he was brought to his office, the young lad has grown lean within some hours, he was without a clothe, he wore only his boxers with different scar on his flat chest, this was due to the beating he received from the policemen to confess he killed the girl, but he proved stubborn and insisted that he was innocent, Jessica’s father looked at him with hatred and threatened to spend his last kobo to make sure he is hanged, he cursed him and even slapped him but the Dpo controlled the situation, he ordered them to take him back to the cell….
The story of Okiki went like wild fire in the campus, everyone was aware, some were happy while some were sad about the incident, some called him a snake under the grass(pretender)while those that knew him well visited and consoled him in the police station, all his lecturers too visited and questioned him he was their only best student and the last hope of the department, no one has ever graduated with a first class degree in physics but Okiki seemed to be the right student to break the record.
Professor Abang,a nuclear and radiation professor in the department promised to be with him throughout the trial,he knew Okiki was innocent and something must have happened,he helped him to differ the semester because he knew the trial wont end in a month, he also helped him to solicit for a lawyer who would stand for him at the law court, Okiki was asked various questions and he gave the lawyer the perfect answers, okiki pleaded with the lawyer to help him out, he does not have parent and he wants to continue with his studies, the lawyer smiled and promised to get him out.
After two months in the police custody, Okiki was finally charged to a law court with the case of murder, his lawyer and professor Abang assured him of success and they told him to pray too, he was scared, he does not want to die, he has alot of dreams to accomplish, he cried silently as he prepared himself for the first hearing at the court on Monday!

OKIKI(Famous) as he was popularly known within and outside the campus was a young and intelligent lad in his early twenty’s ,he rose to fame two years ago when he won the best student in physics in all university competition and his name went like a wild fire,he was a smallish guy and his ”English-Yoruba” accent would make you believe that he is a bonifide”OMOLUABI”he hardly talk to people,and immediately after a class he dissapeares, many gossip about him,some said he doesnt want to get noticed as the best student in the department with a C.g.p.a of 4.93,while some praised him and called him a hardworking student…
Even though he chose not to stay in the school hostel, OKIKI still created time to study hard in his small and tiny room,his room was not that ”Guy ish”,there was no matress,there was no reading table and all those fancy stuffs you would expect to see in a student room,on the floor was a mat which was spread neatly,there was a stove at one corner of the room and at another corner neatly placed was the rags he calls clothes, Okiki strive to survive in the school,he hardly balance his meal and he had to engage himself into some little business on weekends at the Railway corperation to survive,he sells stuffs like vouchers,inspirational books and other ”Hawkable” things which would attract travellers, Okiki lost his parent when he was young in a car accident, although he was also involved in the accident but wasnt injured, his right toe was amputated and life goes on, as a young boy then he had no one to cater for him and his needs, so he worked hard and join the boys,they would wake as early as five in the morning to recite and memorise the Quran,then without bathing or brushing they would pick up their bowl and wander through all the nooks and crannies of the city begging for food and other stuff to survive, Okiki was lucky to be among the fortunate ones and life smiled at him one day when he was knocked down by a fast moving car and he collapsed, the car owner rushed him to the hospital and made sure he was well attended to, after Okiki was discharge he was adopted by the average living and salary earning man who had twelve children, he enrolled Okiki into a private primary school and he did well, he also sponsored his secondary school but death came in slowly and snatched his helper away one day, from then, Okiki was not well treated by the man’s wives after his death, he was nearly killed by Kunbi the eldest wife when she threw a big stone at him, he bleeded, he had to run for his life since he has made all his papers and had excellent grades, so he went back into the wicked world and hustled for money in order for him to further his education in the university, it took him three years to achieve this goal and now he is a finalist in the university…
Okiki struggled to read that particular night, the power supply has went off and his last candle has melted, he had to read for a test which would come in two days time, it was around 9pm,so he took his book and went inside the school to read(jack)since the power supply was stable there, he read for about two hours in a dark but bright corner close to a bush,he was satisfied and decided to go back home,then there was a heavy wind which was a sign of heavy rainfall, he kept his books under his trouses and ran as far as his legs could carry him, then the rain started, it was heavy and it drenched him, he had to wait in a quiet place for the rain to stop a little, there was no sign of stopping and he went inside the rain and ran again, then on his way home he met a young girl on her way home too, they were alone and she begged to be in his company because she was scared,he agreed and they ran together in the same direction,he got home and he told the girl he has gotten to his house, the girl was scared and told him she can’t go home alone,she begged to sleep in his place till the next morning,he was scared but he had to help her,he told her his place is not conducive for her type,she smiled and told him no problem. they went inside.she didnt mind his house,he boiled some water for her and she drank to warm herself, Okiki excused himself in other for her to changed her wears, gave her what to wear, her name is Jessica ,the daughter of a wealthy and noble man,she is a sociology student level four,she introduced herself,he smiled and they gisted for sometime while it rained,she thanked him.he spread some cloth on the mat and they both slept off…
Then he woke up late the next morning around 8am,he stood up and tapped Jessica to wake up but she didnt move,he called and tapped her harder but still she didnt move,he was scared,he touched her chest to make sure she was breathing,but she wasnt,he cried out loud and this attracted people, they came inside and confirmed the death of Jessica!

Jamb 2018 Change Of Course/Institution: Before I go straight into the procedures for Jamb 2018 change of institution and course, You may want to read the stories in the first few paragraphs below to be convinced about the action you are taking.

For one or two reasons, you would want to change the institution or course of study you filled in Jamb 2018/2019 registration form. If this is true, then you are not alone. Right now, Jamb is even telling candidates to do change of institution. Below are other major reasons why Jamb change of course is necessary.




1. Not Scoring Up To Or More Than Jamb Cut Off Mark:

How To Do Jamb Change Of Institution/Course Of Choice For Jamb 2018
1. Visit jamb.org.ng/efacility/.

2. Use your Jamb profile email address and password to login in.

3. Once logged in, you will be taken to the landing page where you will see all available services.

4. Select “Application for Correction of Data”. This is available on the sidebar or on the Home page

5. Once selected, the menu item “Course/Institution” will be revealed. Click this and select the year you wrote Jamb, then enter your registration number to fetch your details.

6. Once you select this service, a Transaction ID is generated for this service. This will be displayed on the confirmation page screen.

7. Review the details displayed on the Confirmation Page. Also, note the Transaction ID displayed in a bold red font. The Transaction ID is useful for all future references concerning the Transaction. A copy of this transaction ID will be sent to your registered email address.

8. Click on the Continue button if you wish to pay with your card immediately. If you wish to use other payment channels like ATM, Cash at the Bank or Quickteller, please note the transaction ID as it will be required.

9. On the Interswitch Payment page, enter your card details and click on the Pay button.

10. The status of your payment will be displayed on the “My Payment Section” An SMS and email containing your unique Transaction Identification and payment status will be sent to you after payment. Click on the Continue button.

11. Once payment is completed, you will be asked to provide the following:
a. Year of Exam and
b. JAMB Registration Number

12. After entering the information correctly, new options for Preferred course/Institution and second choices will appear. Options available will be based on availability.

13. Click Submit to complete your application.

14. JAMB will now process your application. If Approved, your details will be changed as requested.

You Proceed, ensure the following;

That you know exactly the Changes of Course/Institution you would like to make changes to.
Please ensure you do your research to ensure that the school you are changing to does not usually cut-off higher than your score.
That you can change one or all your courses/institutions at the same time.
That once the form is submitted, you can no longer make any changes again (or else the system has changed)
That you select a Course/Institution that aligns with your subject combination. If you don’t do this, your school will screen you out. .
There may be a limited number of schools or courses you can change to, so be sure to have 3 or 4 options, just in case the one you want to change to is not available.


Jamb change of institution 2018 could also be done at approved cbt centers through your Jamb profile .
